We ship Worldwide using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. and are proud to providing free shipping to all our customers it the USA.
When will my product arrive?
Most orders in the USA arrive in 2 weeks.

Shipping times vary depending on how custom your order is, and if the work needs to go to multiple vendors for completion. We will pride quotes on how long a piece needs to be created and shipped.
For products over 40" long we do incur higher shipping charges on our end. Products greater than 40" long are shipped flat and may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
If you reside outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at lisapelonzi@gmail.com regarding your shipping preferences.
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
Items damaged in transit
Ugh, we apologize !! We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. In the event you receive a damaged item, keep all packaging, take phone photos, and send your order number and photos to me at lisapelonzi@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product (s). When I receive your email I will contact the fulfillment vendor(s) and provide you with further instructions on obtaining a replacement.
Caution, If there is a delay in letting us know of the damage, my vendors will not provide replacement and therefore I will be unable replace your item. Thank you for understanding.
